Le repérage amiante est-il obligatoire avant démolition ? Pourquoi ?Tout dépend de la superficie du bien à diagnostiquer !!
Faites-vous toujours des prélèvements pour analyses ?Non pas toujours, j'effectue un prélèvement si j'ai vraiment un doute et si le propriétaire est d'accord.
A-t-on besoin d'une contre-visite en cas de présence d'amiante ?Il y a une évaluation périodique tout les trois ans si on a retrouvé de l'amiante.
Quelle est votre certification pour le diagnostic amiante ?J'ai une certification amiante afaq compétence délivré par AFNOR certifications et la formation SS4
Si j'ai besoin de faire désamianter, pouvez-vous le faire ?Non, moi je fais le repérage destiné aux ouvriers qui s'occupe du desamiantage.
